Re: Powering DZ-1000

I have several switches, all Ross with DZ-1000s. I wired one up, and it rapidly fires but does not switch. I triple-checked my wiring; I'm just not sure what's going on. The other switches that I wired are exactly the same and are working normally. Do you have any ideas about what I am missing?

Something must be broken or loose between the switch motor and the turnout linkage.

look for missing screws or cracked rods in the linkage.
