Tried reaching Precision Scale to order some parts. I have received no reply. Anyone know if they are still in business?
Or, what's the best way to reach them? There is no order form on the website.

Make use of Mr. Bell's marvelous device and call them.
I use email and it seems to work okay for me. Orders have been coming through faster lately too.
I think at one time they weren't taking calls on Friday. That may have changed.

I placed a telephone order today for several items (5mm journals and some lost wax castings). All the items I ordered were in stock and will be shipped next day. I was advised out-of-stock items will take several weeks to be produced as there is a production backlog for lost wax castings. The current owners of PSC have been good to deal with. Teresa Prantle was very helpful and friendly in taking the order.
