Is there an active market for prewar AF parts, as there is for Lionel parts ? I'm trying to figure out how to price parts of a 1680 locomotive. There are no recent eBay sales of prewar AF locomotive parts. Is there an AF email group that I should know about ?

People list AF prewar parts on and off. Not sure how active the market is.
We have all the current A.F. "O" and wide gauge parts pictured & priced on our MEW website.
Bring up our website www.henningstrains.com , scroll down a little and click on "ENTER STORE".
On the next page on the LH side, scroll down and click on MEW. You will also find Ives , Dorfan and some Lionel parts listed. Please be advised that what is shown is for the most part NOT to be restocked when sold out. Harry
