Hello,

Does anyone know if you can couple up Primex rolling stock to Bachmann Thomas HO locomotives?

Ron,

No, you cannot. The couplings are not compatible, but a paperclip will help. More serious is that Bachmann Thomas is 2-rail while Primex rolling stock is for 3-rail and does not have isolated wheels/axles; so you have to change wheels and axles.
