when I create a lash up there is always one and the same locomotive that does not accept it's direction. When you put it in forward it goes in reverse in the lashup

When you make a new lashup and you put it in reverse then it goes forward 
What could cause this phenomenom???

When you create the lashup it asks if the engine is pointing forward or reverse. If you answered incorrectly, that would happen.
When the engine is run alone, does it go the correct direction? Starts in forward?
Has this engine been upgraded??

I have answered it correctly as I did multiple tryouts. When it runs alone then it's fine. They are all PS3. Which upgrades do you mean??
