I just received my order of the C&O USRA steam switcher. I have a problem. When I go into a siding or yard that has another locomotive. It won't respond to commands. The yard and siding are powered through an Atlas toggle switch. When I run the switcher on mainline which is not toggled with another locomotive on track it runs fine. Even if I keep the yard on and locomotive in yard on standby. In both cases I have the other locomotive on standby or shut down mode. I also tried full reset and re added the switcher which did not correct the problem. Changed the address too. This problem does not happen with any other locomotive that I have. Any ideas what it could be?
