The length of time the Lionel helicopter could fly after being launched from the launching car. In some less cut versions, if you watch closely you can see a helicopter crash onto the layout beneath the one that remains airbourne for a magically long time. You can send my $15 to the TCA as a contribution or just buy ice cream cones for some good kids. :-)
