Issues with using dcs Wi-Fi to load my locos in the app

the title of your thread states "program locos"  yet above you state "load my engines".

which is it?

what version is your tiu, wifi and handheld???

I have updated my post my Wi-Fi is 1.0 now my tiu and handheld was older I upgraded it to 6.0 

DCS App 3.1.0 requires DCS 6.1 in the TIU and firmware 1.1 in the WIU.

Barry I have updated the firmware in the tiu and Wi-Fi and still it will not let me add any loco in my app I can still use the remote but not the Wi-Fi anything else I can do 

This is what I get when I try to add a loco to my app

do the lights flash/flicker on the WIU when trying to load a engine?

they do, I have a update and it may sound crazy but I use my IPhone X so what I did was take it out of the protective case and guess what it started to work, I was getting a excellent signal with the case on but when I took it off I was able to load the app with my engines, When they were all loaded I put the case back on and was able to run the trains using the app without any problems, very weird
