Programs to control legacy tmcc from computer

ok so I guess I have snoozed through the last few years. I just learned about and added Lionel's Lcs wifi to control the engines via my iPad. I wondered if there are programs out there to control my trains from my laptop?

Look for the Legacy Users Group summary from October. We did a brief overview. It's a pretty intuitive program. I think you'll find it's what you are looking for.
