PRR Duplex

Which one? T1 or Q2?

Anyway, I've never had any trouble with my MTH T1 on my layout. The Sunset/3rd Rail version has a little trouble, but it's my uneven trackwork to blame.

My layout is all O-72 and wider.

My MTH PRR T-1 runs fine. It has the full shrouding in contrast to the Lionel version which is also very nice. Lionel only did the T-1 in full scale once, in 2001. It was painted in a beautiful shade of dark green. My MTH version is Proto-Sounds 1 with a BCR installed and I have it pulling a consist of PRR East Wind passenger cars. Makes for a beautiful train. Never had a derailing issue. Sounds are fine.

Runs just fine here, no issues that I've seen.  The blinking lights are just a video artifact, they're not really blinking.

Thanks all, for the good report on the T1.  When I said 'archive', I was referring to when you click that ALL TOPICS link on the lower right, and you get all 4000+ postings that you can scroll through.
