Question About My New Legacy System

ES44ACOGR Forum Member

I received my new Lionel Legacy Cab-1L system yesterday, and finding running with it my Legacy SD40-2 and GP35, the engine notch RPM level does not change automatically like in conventional according to speed. Is this supposed to be happening?
