Darn, I thought this was an Ohio State vs. Michigan thread (seeing as how THE game is this Saturday at noon).
I have the Cab Forward Lionmaster and absolutely love it. Smoke on mine is extremely weak and want to try Mike Reagans rebuld. No lurching on mine and I run TMCC/Legacy.

I run conventional only and have never experienced any lurching. It handles slow speeds very well. I don't run the smoke on it very often...as Roman mentioned, it is pretty weak. I've been meaning to do the Mike's smoke mod on it. I'm sure it would benefit greatly from that.
I recommend this LionMaster. It's a very nice locomotive.

I wish we'd see more Lionmaster offerings. Lionmaster locomotives with Legacy are really nice runners. Hoping to see something in this line from Lionel in 2013.
Keith's work on his equipment, specifically that Lionmaster Cab forward is nothing short of awesome!
