Figured I'd dust this old one off because I have the time at the moment... So some time ago I picked up a Yoder 44-Ton GE. It started as an undecorated model, but the excellent paint work of Rich Reed turned it into Penn Centrals only 44-Ton, 9999 (see my rather crappy cell phone picture below)
Now when I got the unit the headlights and the circuit board that they were wired into were removed. I do have the parts but I want to reinstall them so the model has working lights. My problem is that I have absolutely no idea how everything goes together, and I just don't want to start pulling it apart without some understanding on how it goes together.
