No problem at all having some LED markers tied in. The triac that drives the light will handle at least 250ma, enough for several incandescent builb and a few LED's.
Treat it as if it's 12V, so for two red marker lights in series, you'll need a 470 ohm resistor for current limiting. Also, don't forget the frame ground is positive, the light outputs are negative in respect to frame ground. Also, it's advisable to add a diode in series with the lead to protect the LED's against reverse voltage. Finally, if this is not an ERR board, you will need a .01uf 50V capacitor across the outputs of the R2LC lighting to trigger the triac. This is only necessary if you're doing all LED lighting.
