Questions regarding Greenberg's Guides

You really should consider the newest Volumes.  There are many updates, and corrections in these books...

I fully agree with Rob! I think it's safe to say that Bruce Greenberg's latest volumes represent the definitive works on their respective periods.

Frank - The volume pictured on top is a newer version of the bottom book. Both have good information but Bruce’s latest volumes are much improved and contain a lot more information. Each of these new books are over 400 pages in length. They are well worth the cost.

Those are all I have seen so far on Amazon, Abebooks and fleabay. Any suggestions? Does Volume 3 Accessories have a newer version?

Hi I believe these are the books the other guys are talking about. They are great but expensive. I paid 100.00 for each but well worth it he gives breakdowns and pictures of the motors, couplers, sets just about everything. I sent a picture of another book I really like can't remember where I got it has a lot of good pictures but n0ot too much breakdown of locos like the other two. I have a couple of other books that are good if you want I can send them once I find them.

Jim is correct. Published in limited numbers. Each volume costs $100, but definitely worth it.

FWIW: I recently purchased the Standard Gauge edition, and I doubt I'll ever need another book on the subject... 🙂👍
