I bought a New haven-style Flyer engine (my first Flyer purchase!) that was advertised as not having the headlights connected. When I got it, I could see why: Zinc Pest had attacked both. So I order replacements from Henning's (which they delivered in their usual rapid and efficient manner!).
One wire was nagging loose from the light; the other was missing entirely. The engine has the manual reverse switch. Do I wire the headlights to the brush wires on the switch--one to each to give directional lighting--or do I just wire both to the wire coming from the pickup to the switch?
Thanks!
