What do the following words have in common?

How are they linked to 1952?

Does the order matter?

The Stag ate a Thistle at the Palace, then traveled by Schooner to the Chalet, where, on a Plate sat a Swallow by the Canyon Palisade, under a Poplar tree of the front Range on Planet Ogr.

From the 1952 novel by Cal Zephyr, "Tittilating Train Trivia of Trepeditious Times".
