I recently purchased a PS3 RDC set and noticed I have no control over the headlights on the dummy unit (headlights on both ends) when changing direction using DCS. Does MTH or anyone else make a board that will give me proper headlight and classification light control when using DCS?

You would have to run a harness from lead A to dummy tapping into the FWD and Reverse, lights wires to get what you need. Would require 3 wires. Common Ground plus the control wires one each for forward and reverse. G
Sadly, MTH makes no inexpensive "dummy" locomotive board like you can get from ERR for TMCC, so you will have to do what George says to get the directional lights.
I recently had a MTH RDC repair come to me and the guy was in overdrive upset. His complaint was the directional lighting on the dummy was not working and it worked when he got it. Anyone with any knowledge knows that is a non happening. It takes all kinds of people.
The design of the lights on some models of the MTH RDC leave something to be desired, even in the powered units. They wired red and green LED's directly in parallel. 
Anyone that's worked with LED's for more than a couple of days can see the folly in this arrangement!
John, I see that. RDC sets are lower end Railking. They work well. More bells and whistles, more money for the set.
Marty, I've gotten two sets for repair with the complaint that the green lights didn't light. All I did was add some load balancing resistors to get all of the LED's working.
That's the one Marty, I hadn't heard the story about switching. Since it was a PS/3 unit, I figured it was designed for LED's.
What rating resistor is required to get the classification lights operating properly?
I used 100 ohm resistors, just enough to balance the voltage and allow both sets of LED's to function.
