Removing B&O passenger cars #20-6565 from box; some vestibules lose from body; how do I re-fasten these rubber vestibules back on? What cleaner to remove white gunk? What adhesive to re-attach?

Do you mean the rubber bellows? I believe a vestibule is an enclosed section before the ends outer door.
I put them around a tube for a week or more to round them if needed and skip glue on cars with rubber bellows, just fitting them into the door and groove.
