Lionel still makes the postwar style #154 flasher, MTH makes it too as Christoper2035 mentions above.

Both of these will actually flash more realistically than the original postwar versions, just an alternate option if you don't want to build your own circuit.

 

cbojanower:  Lionel makes a circuit to flash their newer version of the  154 crossing signal. It is mounted in the bottom base of the signal. It has a part no. - 610-2760-300.  Sorry, but I have not had a chance to see if it is still available from Lionel or North Lima Trainworks  I don't know if if it would fit in older crossing signals without minor fitting.
