Greetings all... my curious 5 year old accidentally broke off (or "removed", I don't think it's actually broken) one of the rollers from the bottom of my 1980's-era Lionel locomotive earlier today.  I cannot see how it should be connected to the gold-colored strip that is "woven" through the underbody plastic wheelbox assembly, and/or how I can get the roller back on.  (Sorry for my lack of correct terminology.)  Can anyone help?  See attached photos.  I have no idea what model # of locomotive this is, so I'm not sure what assembly/repair guide to search for.

FYI the roller parts are pretty new... I had them installed a couple years ago by a local hobby shop, because my OTHER son (when he was younger) had completely broken them off as well.  I think I remember playing around with them when I was that age too, pressing and rolling the metal underbody parts with great interest.
