Hello all,

I heard this story on CBC radio last night and thought I would share it with you. It is called "Homecoming" and was written by a Canadian WW II veteran named Bert Harper. I think you will enjoy his story about his homecoming and a special ride on a train.

The link is to an audio of the broadcast so you will have to advance forward to 16:38 in the recording to hear the story. It is about 10 minutes long but I guarantee you will be happy you listened. It is a great tribute to all of the veterans and families who sacrificed so much for us all. It also happens to be a great story about trains.
