Remote says Engine not on track | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have been running this PS3 locomotive for a few weeks now and all of the sudden when I turn on my TIU and remote with the engine on the track. I try to press the engine start button and it a message on the remote says "engine not on track" help would be appreciated.

Try pressing the read button on the remote.

Will the engine run if you apply voltage to it without the TIU connected?

Delete and add again with no other engines receiving power... Give the capacitor time to charge .

Is it an engine with the wireless tether? I have noticed if that mine is not well connected that it "vanishes."
