try looking under the trucks, sometimes there are screws

hidden under them. also try looking on weavers web site for schematics

of your loco. to find out where screws are located. after all that, even

when all the screws are takin out sometimes the body is a snap fit

to the chassie. you may have to pry it loose.

what are you going to do with the motors?? and what do they look like??

I might entertain makin an offer to power a dummy loco I have!!

Two screws to disassemble truck, as you just found out, and then two more hidden screws in the gear tower to release the motor.  And if you want to donate the motor, I know a 501c(3) operation that will need one in the next year.  The unit just got its second gear tower replacement, and one motor now has excessive end play.  No complaints - it was donated by Weaver and run daily for a decade!
