I have to get into a 2353 Powered unit. I've never opened one of these before. I see one forward screw, and 2 clips in the rear. Do I just remove the one screw and slide the chassis back or is it more involved. I don't want to break anything.

You are correct... you can ease the clips off the chassis gently with a push tool(small wooden dowel, eg.), and resist the urge to swing the cab up off the chassis until the clips are completely disengaged.
go slow and follow Rob's instructions,sometimes I apply a drip of oil to the clips and wipe off when done.

Thank you both. I used a dowel to start it and it slid right off. There was a loose screw in there, I tightened it back up and it runs without a rattle now. Until today this hasn't been on the tracks in decades, it will be listing on here tomorrow for sale as my entire collection is going one piece at a time.
