Renewal 79 auto carrier, help..

recently acquired the auto carrier for my toy layout. The cab is missing the doors. Might anyone know where I can possibly obtain them and possibly other parts that could be missing? Might there be a dealer at Westchester Toy and Train show that carries Renwall parts?

any leads appreciated.
