Harry, if you have no previous experience working on transformers, especially ZW, I highly recommend you send it out to a qualified guy. You could end up burning down your house.

Repost over on the electric forum. If you are half way mechanically inclined, you should be able to re-roller it and add a new cord, plus run some voltage tests after getting tips from over there.
And if you do a good job, you get a great transformer, and you probably won't burn down your house.

Hi Harry, OGR store, Jim Barrette video, it's worth every penny. I will say one thing when you watch one of Jim's videos sit through it once or twice to take notes. What you don't wont to do is miss something and screw up. Rob makes alot of sense above.
But, if you are a hands on type of guy with a good basic knowledge of electrical issues go for it, Jim's tapes are the best.
