I have a Daniels GG-1 I am trying to get operating by replacing the motors with some motors from a G scale Aristocraft engine. When I removed the wheel you see below, one of them crumbled and this one cracked.  I am looking for replacement wheels.  Does anybody know a source for these?

The flange is about 1.75" in diameter (1.76"/44.86mm with digital calipers) and the wheel is 1.35"/34.26mm in diameter with digital calipers.

Thanks for any help.

Yes.  Thanks.  Harry is checking the dimensions for me.  If the diameter of the flange is different, it should still work as long as the wheel has the same diameter, right?   I figure as long as all the wheels sit the same height above the rail the depth of flange can be different?  Am I right about this?

Thanks.

You will not have any problem with a larger flange running any O Gauge wheel on Standard Gauge track.  You are right, go by the wheel rim diameter, the flange is incidental.

The only issue may be on the Daniels GG-1 itself, rather than on the track:  the axles are spaced fairly close together, so you would want to be aware of the flanges of wheels on adjoining axles clearing each other.  Again, probably not an issue because it was this kind of O Gauge wheel that was originally used.
