I am doing lots of research for the National City Historic Train Depot's 3-Rail Layout. The layout has too much passenger cars and not enough freight cars as it stands. I brought up to two of the board of directors about Menard's with their 3- Rail fleet of cars. As of right now I would like to try to get west coast Railroad train cars(more than the east coast stuff) and little east coast Railroads. So for the Railroad Historians, I need to know what MAJOR Railroad Branches ran through or to San Diego. My list is short right now with only Santa Fe and Southern Pacific as my 2 major Branches. So any help is greatly appreciated.
