As I am now running multiple engines on a regular basis, I've been experiencing an "issue" when I use the shutdown button on my Cab-2. If I use the shutdown button (the 5 key on the remote), and then want to restart that engine, it will not respond. I will have to completely shut down the entire layout and restart to be able to address the stopped engine. Is this the way the system is supposed to work or am I doing something wrong???

On your CAB2 remote, press the ENG button. The LCS keypad will change to numeric buttons, and the key in the lower-left corner is the "startup" key. Tap to restart your sound system, or press and hold for the longer dialog+startup sequence.

Gunrunner's high praise was well placed... Followed you instructions and it worked like a charm on both engines and the train I happened to have on the layout. Thanks so much. Just another reason to love the OGR Forum!!! Something tells me I'll be long dead and buried before I figure out all the things the Cab-2 can do.
Now I just have to decide whether to keep running the trains or get down to cleaning up the wiring... decisions... decisions...
