Ribbon wont' rotate - 345 Culvert Unloader | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Working on my postwar culvert unloader when the ribbon (drive belt) quit rotating. Initially thought the string for the drive pully was slipping so I replaced it but the ribbon still did not rotate even though the drive gear was turning. Digging deeper, I noticed the sprocket on the pully drum spun freely on the drum. I was going to super glue the sprocket on the pulley drum but before I do am wondering if that is the correct fix. Please advise.
