You will find the red flag in place to warn trains of workers working on the the diamond(the tracks crossing each other). You should note that there a vehicles on both sides of the tracks. UP & BNSF spend a great deal of time and money working on the diamond-almost daily event!

The town is "Rochelle, Illinois", while "New Rochelle" is in New York, isn't it?
