Anyone using a Ross yard crossover? 3.5" cl-c-l? Many thanks, overbore

my bad: should have added 202/203 #4 yard Xover; overbore
low coffee level light is on!
While they are usually used in yards, and that is why Ross calls them Yard Crossovers, I had a pair on my recently dissembled layout on my double mainline
Center rail to center rail is 3 1/2", which is narrower than using four regular switches. I run scale equipment on my layout and it has never been a problem. The key is to not set them right at the end of a curve.
With the Caboose Industries Manual throws they were one of my favorite parts on running my layout.

Many thanks for the great info and photo. I purchased a "complete" set of templates from Steve but he did not include the #4 combo in the delivered packages so your tip is greatly appreciated. Graham
ps: I grew up changing school buses at the DL&W Cresco station in the Pocono Mtns.
