Is a PS3 Diesels loco's smoke automatically on when it is run in conventional? There is nothing in the manual about the smoke in conventional mode. It is a 20-20305-1 FA and it worked fine in DCS mode.

on page 4 of the instruction manual they show the smoke pot (and volume) under the front truck
The smoke worked in DCS but was shut off thru the hand held before it was tried conventional. Forgot to mention we had tried the smoke pot (need to rephrase that ) tried to adjust the smoke potentiometer and had no affect.
Conventional Factory Reset did it!! The smoke began working immediately. Guess you cannot turn it off via DCS in the handheld then move to conventional without a reset.
