O scale model of the McGraw Edison MEPX 100 depressed center flatcar with transformer load

This model has an overall length of 23 inches over coupler faces. It uses MTH 3-axle Buckeye style trucks and 2-axle roller bearing style trucks. The load platform length is 25 scale feet (6-1/4 inches). The trucks are articulated to allow operation on small radius curves.

The prototype car is now owned by Pennsylvania Transformer Technology Inc. (PTTI).
