I think the ship has sailed on Scalecoat other than what someone has in stock.  There are alternatives if your using an airbrush. You can try Tru Color.No experience with their rattle cans. Have used their paint through an airbrush with good results.

You might give a look at Tamiya which many hobby shops carry in spray cans. I recently did a milk car using their dark green. But I did add a few drops of black. Like most models. If you lined up a bunch of Pullman Green  cars from different manufactures. No 2 are probably the same shade.
