Yes, David, I usually put the dirt down and don't do the grass until later. I guess the only real reason for doing it that way is if everything was still wet I'd end up with grass where I don't want it. The other reason is that I like for the building to be nearly complete before adding the grass, this tells me where it should and shouldn't be, like under the carport.

 

Well I'm a day late and it's not a showcase, it's still only "progress"... but we're workin on it, slowly. It's summer time, and the pool's 90 degrees so............ It's progress, but still needs some weathering and detailing.
