When I purchased this 3-4 years ago from Scott's Odds and Ends (now out of business) it was highly recommended as additional protection for layout electronics and trains.

Google searches by me for this don't produce meaningful hits, and searching OGR produces no hits.

Have not found the instructions that came with it yet, but is this still used and recommended?

Thanks - Alan

Thanks wmcwood,

Good to know they are still around DBA Train Electrics.

However I didn't see any information on legacy products.  Maybe I'm wrong and what I have was purchased somewhere else and isn't a type of TVS.

I just purchased a complete new DCS set to replace a rev H1 TIU that was declared unrepairable.  I'd like to install some extra protection for my engines, DCS and Legacy systems as I'm building a new layout.  Can anyone direct me to the current "hot" setup?
