Hey Gang,

I'm new to the forum, and am interested in meeting everyone and seeing your model train goodies.  My main interest lies in creating Scratch Built & Kit Bashed structures. Some I keep, some I sell.  Most are O Scale, although I do have some G scale.  Since I’m a newbie, I’m not sure if there is a limit to posting pics.  I don’t want to do anything wrong on my first post, so I’ve only posted a few pics below.  I would really like to hear your opinions. Have a good one, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

D.A.

Hey Rick & Spence, thanks for the welcome &  compliments.  Twist my arm for me to post more pics! LOL  Below are a few more, and I have a bunch of pics on my website, so if you get a chance, check those out.

This is a close up of an O scale Kit Bashed building I named Salari's Bar.  I'll post a pic of the whole bar when I get a little more time.

Again, thanks,

Welcome aboard, D.A.!  Your photos - all you care to post - of your creations will be welcome here. I for one am looking forward to seeing some more.  One thing though, is that your Model Train Structures logo over at the left will get you called out.  It needs to be a recognizable photo of yourself or the generic one like mine.

How many of you remember the song by Billy Edd Wheeler,  The Little Shack Out Back?  One of my favorite verses is: It won't too long ago that I went tripping through the snow, out to that house behind my old hound dog.  Where I would sit me down to rest like a snowbird on his nest and read that Sears and Roebuck catalog.  I would hum a happy tune peeping through the quarter moon on the door as my Daddy's kin had done before.

Enjoy,

D.A.
