Excellent!
Fantastic work Steve!
That item would definitely be in my "wish book".
As usual, great work Steve.
Sears and the history of Sears is of interest to me because of the Chicago connection. Do you have, or is there a prototype image of your project?
Thanks, Charlie
Wow! I worked for Sears from 1973-1993, and that aqua really brings back memories.
As Display Manager I painted over a lot of that color to update the store.
Did you paint that or did Lionel make those?
And that isn't even a Marx model, and Marx made Sears and Allstate trailers, with tinplate tractors, that often came in Marx train sets. These truck units bring big bucks, depending on what retailer is lettered on the trailer. Sear and Allstate are a couple of the more common ones.
I worked for Sears for 32 years as a electronics tech. The trailer is spot on!
Yery very nice I wish I had some of your talent .......
Steve,
Nicely done
That's a nice job. The cars in the background are very well done, too.
Down to the wrinkled license plate! Nice job!!
Nicely done SIRT! Good stuff.
...and how much do you want for it? I'd love to see that in my collection!
