Seeking Repair Guy for a Body Shell Fix

I have a Lionel "General" steam loco (Rock Island & Peoria) with a triangular chip off one corner of its roof. At 82, my hands aren't as steady as they once were, so I'm seeking a repair guy who could do an invisible repair. The cab may need to be repainted for a professional quality finish.

There is a factory new shell on eBay for 69 dollars right now. Might be cheaper to swap shells
