I believe fall and winter are considered " train season".  Maybe October /November to February/ March depending on where you live.

December is probably the peak. As trains are often associated with the holidays and some folks may use money received as a gift to aquire more.

Spring and summer are for golf,boats,fishing,hotrods, etc.

Actually o guage is active in August through the first two weeks of Dec. Then Christmas week, then starting the end of Jan through two weeks after April York.
