Set up for ABA PS3 diesels in HO?

I have a UP Alco PA/PB that I've set up to run both units with the cab number of the A unit (#600). Have acquired a 2nd powered A unit identical to the first and want to run it in reverse as an ABA.

Q: the B unit was labeled 'F' and started up in that direction with the lead A init. How do I set this new A unit to start in Reverse and run under the single commands programmed as #600 please?
