Been having issues because the email address is different than my PayPal/eBay address.
Way back in 2000 anybody could get your email address from eBay and spam you, so I created a special one just for eBay. That problem is long gone, and my current problem is trying to explain why the forum is different. So it got me thinking, just change it.
Anything to be concerned about?

I have a number of email addresses, and I don't use my eBay or PayPal address for my forum address in any forum.
If you change your email here, you will get a message at the new address that will have a link in it. You'll have to click that link to verify your new email before you'll be able to log in here with it.
It's not a big deal, but you need to know what will happen.
I'm trying to add avatar/photo without success: I can get my photo to show up in the "editing profile" page but when I leave and come back, it is gone. what's up? what can I do? thanks

After you uploaded your photo, did you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the UPDATE button?
