I recently ordered parts for my PW Platform Lumber Loader accessory from TrainTender. Jeff was super to deal with. After I placed my order in the mail I realized I forgot to include a part costing 50 cents. I notified Jeff of my error and he corrected it and is sending the order out today, to include the additional part before my check arrives. Customer service can't get much better!

Ed, your right as Jeff has some of the best customer service around! Plus if you have a part you cant find you should just start with Jeff at the Train Tender! He has almost everything it seams!

For my money Jeff is the by far the best parts dealer around. He is knowledgeable, friendly and possesses a superb parts inventory. He is also extremely helpful and patient; He has walked me through more than one repair.
