i will take images and stay in touch.   I am not sure I am paper worthy, but will work with you to take a stab at it.    The stock pens are built ( banta kit), I purchased Yoders bx-3 pilot model for my hide car.  It's painted and decaled.  The MKT tankage car is also ready. The main part left is the building and the animals.    I have sheep coming from aspen models.     I already painted my chickens for the overland palace poultry car!     I am conflicted on the cattle as the o scale versions I got seem 1:43-- may get some in s instead and carve the others into butchered carcasses.

I made this kit a number of years ago.  It is a well designed kit and a good size.  Unlike the origional i had to make the ramp a lot longer then the one that comes with the kit.  In your case that dosn't matter.  Here are some of my pictures.

Laying the second floor.   This is tricky as I need to notch and side glue pieces.   Some are free floating to insure a staggered floor.   I rubbed some with steel wool to score the grain and used several colors of stains.   Once laid I will wash it with a diluted brown.
