All smoke fluids will eventually smoke you out. Turn down the smoke intensity or only run it for a few minutes at a time.
JT's Mega-Steam sells NADA. Many here like it For a non-offensive odor.

not mega-steam.
Thanks folks, I will give mega steam a try.
Happy New Year.
You might try Pat's Trains smoke fluid. It has a different base (not petrochemical) and might suit you better.
Thanks, where can I buy Pat's?
Most train dealers carry Mega-Steam, or you can easily order it direct. They are a Forum Sponsor, check their banner.
You might also consider Supersmoke. I have known the manufacturer my whole life and can vouch for the quality of his product.

Hi caljah! I'll second Keith's recommendation of JT Mega-Steam's NADA. In fact, if you like to smoke'em, the larger 8oz. bottle is very practical. It smells like nothing (nada) and is good to dilute any other stronger scents you may already have down to an acceptable level. If you have residual scented fluid in the unit, it may take a couple of applications to nullify completely.

Lionel recommends "non conductive" fluids such as their own premium and Mega Steam per Jon Z. Not sure about the others but these 2 were previously mentioned in the Big Boy smoke thread.
