I bought a premier mth nickel plate S2, it smokes very little and the fan sounds like its not getting smoke fluid/lubricant. How do you remove the shell to see whats going on?

The same tired old request, the actual manufacturer's product number really helps a bunch for questions like this. 
Any chance it's this one?
If so, a look at the User's Manual gives it away.
