Hi, i just received my brand new MTH Navy GP 9 20-21549-1, and when i received it, i added 15 drops smoke fluid as recommended, but when i turned it on and ran it, smoke came out of everywhere except the smoke stacks, alot of smoke.... I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and when the fix may be. ? Thanks,

Blow down the stack. An air bubble will keep the smoke from coming out the stack.
Thanks, for the info.... however i tried that and the smoke comes out the bottom of the frame and then fills the up the engine, but still does not come out the smoke stacks ?????
Could be a misplaced gasket or the smoke funnel isn't aligned with the stack holes. Peek down the stacks and see if the funnel is aligned with the holes.
Get a straw and blow down the hole...
gunrunnerjohn, Looked down the stack which is pretty small, but it appears to be aligned... I also took a piece of thin plastic and inserted it in the forward stack up to an inch.... I am guessing my next step may be to remove the body and look at the funnel ??????
Well, if the fan is running and pushing out smoke, something's got to be wrong with the path getting it to the stack.
gunrunnerjohn.... I found the problem... I took the shell off and found that the unit has no funnel. So someone at the factory forgot to install.
