Can i solder this back on? It wont stick when try. Going to get some flux and see if that helps? Or is it beyond repair and need of replacement? Thanks any ideas are appriciated. I think flux will make it stick but not sure if the board condition is ok still?

Looks like there is nothing to solder to. You may need to remove the board and add solder to the under side for something to solder to from the top.

Piece of cake, Just scrape the solder mask off next to the missing trace and solder to that. Obviously, that's the MTH smoke unit, and you can connect anywhere along that trace.

Put the wire directly to the elements where that large solder blob is.

Most things that are still complete, and not abused, are not typically "beyond repair". Glad you are fixing it - and learning - instead of tossing it.
